Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:

• Customer says “I don’t like the product”

• Size / expectation issues

📸 2. Proof Required (Mandatory)

To request a return, the customer must send:

• 🎥 Unboxing video (mandatory)

• 📸 Clear product images

• Product must be unused & in original packaging

• Used or customer-damaged products will be rejected ❌

💳 Prepaid Orders:

• Refund will be sent to the original payment method

• Processed within 5–7 business days ⏳

💵 COD Orders:

• Refund via UPI / Bank Transfer 🏦

• Customer must provide correct details

• Processed within 5–7 business days after approval

🚫 5. No Return / No Refund Cases

• Minor color or design variation 🎨

• Delay in delivery 🚚

• Incorrect expectations

• This will NOT be considered a defect
